About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight operations to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers each morning. The role leads and supports team members unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and following safety and security protocols. The manager may order groceries using handheld devices, train team members, and occasionally assist at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have prior experience leading others.
Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
Be willing to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
