About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight operations to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, inventory is maintained, and the store is clean and organized for the morning. The role supports and trains team members, oversees freight unloading and stocking, monitors safety and security protocols, orders groceries using handheld devices, and may occasionally assist at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain certifications as required.
• Be willing to learn, adapt, and develop new skills and experiences.
• Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.

• Lead and support the overnight team in unloading freight and stocking shelves.
