About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight work to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is ready for customers each morning. The role leads and supports team members in unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. It also helps maintain store security by monitoring safety protocols and supporting a secure overnight environment. The manager may order groceries using handheld devices, train team members, and occasionally assist at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
• Be willing to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
• Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
