About The Position

As a Night Crew Manager, you lead the overnight work that prepares the store to welcome customers each morning. You support the team with freight unloading, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. You help maintain store security and follow safety protocols during overnight hours. The role also involves ordering groceries with handheld devices, training team members, and occasionally helping at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
