About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight operations to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is ready for customers each morning. The role supports and leads team members as they unload freight, stock shelves, maintain inventory, and keep the store clean and organized. It also helps maintain store security by monitoring safety protocols and ensuring a secure overnight environment. The manager may order groceries using handheld devices, train team members, and occasionally work at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older.
Have prior experience leading others.
Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
Be willing to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
