About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the overnight store team to prepare the store for customers each morning. The role oversees unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. It also supports store security by monitoring safety protocols and maintaining a secure environment overnight. The manager may order groceries using handheld devices, train team members, and occasionally assist at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have prior experience leading others.
Have or be willing to obtain certifications as required.
Be willing to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
Act with integrity, pride, and passion.
