About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight operations to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is ready for customers each morning. This hands-on role supports the team with unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. The manager also helps maintain store security by monitoring safety protocols and ensuring a secure overnight environment. Duties include ordering groceries with handheld devices, training team members, and occasionally assisting at the register. The position is described as an entry-level role with advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
• Be willing to learn, adapt, and develop new skills and experiences.
• Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
