About The Position

The Night Auditor supports overnight hotel operations by welcoming guests, handling check-ins and reservations, answering late-night questions, completing the night audit, and ensuring transactions and financial records are accurate. The role also helps protect the property through regular security walks, prepares daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management, and coordinates with other departments to maintain smooth operations and quality service. The position works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Ability to work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during the overnight shift and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
• Complete the night audit, balance the books, and finalize transactions.
• Conduct regular security walks to help keep the property safe.

• Work with other departments to support smooth operations and quality service.
• Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents and solve problems independently.
