About The Position

The Host Person welcomes guests, seats them, and helps create a friendly dining experience. The role works with servers to provide attentive service throughout guests’ meals and assists the cashier with processing payments and handling tips. Responsibilities also include managing reservations, tables, and orders, maintaining a professional appearance, following safety rules, and participating in training and other assigned tasks. A high school diploma or relevant hotel or field experience is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required, along with initiative, consistent deadline management, the ability to analyze information from various sources and adapt, and competence with financial data and basic arithmetic.
