About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a Night Auditor to join its Front Office Team. The Night Auditor oversees overnight financial audits and reconciliations while delivering memorable guest experiences and providing warm hospitality. The resort is located in Dana Point, California, and has more than 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of meeting space, and eight food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets.
• Verify that credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial reports and takings.
• Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use.
• Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations.
