About The Position
The Mini Bar Attendant joins the Food & Beverage team at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and Club in Dana Point, California. The role supports guest satisfaction by maintaining in-room mini bars, ensuring items are accurately inventoried and billed, and keeping equipment clean and operational. The position is classified as part-time, pays $18.90 per hour, and requires availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Eligible new hires may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months of continuous employment, subject to the stated eligibility conditions.
Responsibilities
- Take inventory and replenish mini-bar items using a handheld point-of-sale (POS) system, while verifying product expiration dates.
- Accurately document and process guest checks for mini-bar usage to ensure proper billing.
- Regularly check mini bars to confirm they are functioning properly, and report or address operational issues.
- Clean and organize mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction.
