About The Position

The Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Seattle Sea-Tac Airport is hiring a Night Auditor to provide guest services and manage front desk and overnight audit tasks. The position may involve morning or night shifts and requires schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be outgoing and friendly.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Greet guests and check them into and out of the hotel.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and accurately handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Run necessary night audit reports.
• Answer phones.
