About The Position

The Night Auditor works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM at Courtyard Appleton. The role welcomes guests, handles check-ins and reservations, and responds to late-night questions. It also performs the night audit by balancing books and finalizing transactions, conducts regular security walks, prepares daily reports and the Daily Flash Report, and coordinates with other departments to maintain smooth operations and quality service. The position requires comfort using Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents, along with the ability to solve problems independently.

A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in a hotel or related field are required. College coursework is beneficial, and supervisory experience is a plus. Full-time hires become eligible for the benefits package after an initial waiting period.
