About The Position

As a Night Auditor at Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, you oversee overnight financial audits and reconciliations while delivering memorable guest experiences and demonstrating hospitality. The role involves balancing and reconciling daily financial activity across outlets, verifying credit card transactions, investigating discrepancies, assisting hotel management with financial processes and systems, and supporting the Night Manager during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets.
• Ensure credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial reports and takings.
• Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use.
• Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations.
