About The Position

The Bartender at The Set, Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, prepares and serves beverages while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role includes maintaining bar supplies and operations, processing payments, monitoring beverage quality and inventory, responding professionally to guest concerns, and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide upbeat, friendly guest service and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
• Process cash, credit and debit card, gift certificate, and voucher payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally and handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect to maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
