About The Position

AutoCamp is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor. AutoCamp is a lifestyle hotel brand offering upscale, comfortable outdoor hospitality in outdoor destinations. The role supports guests and front-desk operations, including registration, reservations, check-in and check-out, guest inquiries, billing issues, and shift handoffs. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with registration and accommodation assignments, including special requests when possible.
• Guide guests through check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, in accordance with AutoCamp policies.
• Collect and distribute messages for guests.
• Pre-register guests, block rooms, take reservations, and make future reservations when necessary, following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sales strategies.
• Resolve guest complaints and respond to inquiries about AutoCamp services, events, directions, and local attractions.
• Help resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process cancellations according to procedures.
• Complete the Supervisor's checklist by the end of the shift.
• Pass information relevant to the desk or related areas to the following shift manager or supervisor.
• Attend department meetings.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor.
