About The Position

AutoCamp is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor to support its outdoor hospitality operation. The role provides friendly guest service and assists with front desk activities, reservations, guest requests, billing issues, and shift handoffs. The position also includes completing a supervisor’s checklist and attending department meetings. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with registration and accommodation assignments, including special requests when possible.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, courteously, and according to company policies.
• Collect and distribute messages for guests.
• Pre-register guests, block rooms, take reservations, and make future reservations when necessary, following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sales strategies.
• Resolve guest complaints and answer inquiries about services, events, directions, and local attractions.
• Assist with resolving billing discrepancies.
• Process cancellations according to procedures.
• Complete the supervisor’s checklist by the end of the shift.
• Pass information relevant to the desk or related areas to the following shift manager or supervisor.
• Attend department meetings.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
