About The Position

The Night Auditor works at the Courtyard by Marriott and supports guest services and hotel operations. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalence certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests, team members, and supervisors, including handling guest inquiries and requests.
• Basic math and computer skills to manage reservations and process payments.
• Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction, with a helpful attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and sit.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience; not required, as training is available.
• Familiarity with basic office software such as Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and reservation changes while helping maximize room occupancy.
