About The Position

General Hotels Corporation is hiring a Weekend Night Auditor to join the team at Hampton Inn Yorkville. The Night Auditor is a key overnight team member who assists guests, balances daily revenue and reports, and helps maintain smooth hotel operations during overnight hours. The role combines front desk hospitality with accounting responsibilities and serves as a steady, trusted presence for the hotel overnight.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Availability on Monday and Tuesday nights.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel or similar experience.
• Previous cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation.
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts.
• Provide guest service and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours.
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls.
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight.
