About The Position

The Night Auditor works overnight from 11 PM to 7 AM, welcoming guests and handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions. The role performs the night audit by balancing accounts and finalizing transactions, conducts regular security walks, prepares daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management, and coordinates with other departments to support smooth operations and strong guest service. The position requires confidence using Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents, along with the ability to solve problems independently.

The property is described as a full-service hotel designed for frequent business travelers, with amenities including Wi-Fi, bottled water, and an on-site restaurant. It is located a few minutes from downtown Indianapolis and is connected by a covered walkway to the Indianapolis Marriott East.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.
• Ability to solve problems independently.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework is beneficial.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
