About The Position

General Hotels Corporation is hiring a Weekend Night Auditor at Hampton Inn Yorkville. The Night Auditor is a key overnight team member who assists guests, balances daily revenue and reports, and helps maintain smooth hotel operations during overnight hours. The role combines front-desk hospitality with accounting responsibilities, and requires full-time overnight availability, including Monday and Tuesday nights.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Availability to work Monday and Tuesday nights.

• Previous hotel or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation.
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts.
• Provide guest service and assist with guest requests.
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours.
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls.
• Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for overnight guests.
