About The Position

The Night Audit Associate is a part-time overnight position at the Courtyard by Marriott in Sandy, with shifts Friday and Saturday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The role provides courteous, professional service to hotel guests, supports front-desk operations, and helps maintain guest and hotel safety and security. The associate works with limited direct supervision and must be able to think on their feet and solve problems. Experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to work on time.
Must present a professional appearance in personal dress and grooming.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.

Nice To Haves

Hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests courteously and professionally, helping ensure their satisfaction with their room, hotel cleanliness, and stay.
Respond to guest needs and requests while helping maintain the safety and security of guests, associates, and the hotel.
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
Secure payments and verify or adjust billing; process payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges, and provide change.
Identify and explain room features, and provide directions and information about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local points of interest.
Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean and neat front-desk area and apply hotel standards and procedures.
Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor.
