About The Position

True North Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Moscow, Idaho. The role serves as the primary point of contact for guest requests and needs from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. It combines guest services with clerical duties, helping ensure guests have an enjoyable stay.

Requirements

• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED, one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests and needs from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
• Greet guests, check them into the hotel, issue room keys, and direct them to rooms and other areas.
• Respond to guest questions in person and over the phone.
• Fulfill guest needs and assist with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations as needed.
• Resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, entering reservations, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
