About The Position

Connect Chiropractic is hiring a full-time New Patient Concierge - Case Manager at its clinic in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The role guides new patients through their chiropractic journey and supports a seamless experience from initial consultation onward. The position pays $20-$25 per hour and includes conducting insight assessments, educating patients about chiropractic care and treatment options, reviewing X-rays, and discussing financial options with empathy and professionalism. The clinic describes its care as neurologically based and highlights a fast-paced work atmosphere with training and support for employee growth. The schedule is Monday, 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.-7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.-6:00 p.m.; and Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous medical background.
Comfort discussing finances with others.
