About The Position

Connect Chiropractic is seeking a full-time Case Manager - New Patient Concierge to welcome and support new patients. The role guides patients through their initial consultation, conducts assessments, and educates them about chiropractic care and treatment options. It also involves reviewing X-rays and discussing financial plans with patients, helping them feel informed and confident in decisions about their care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Previous medical background.
• Comfortable discussing finances with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and guide them through their initial consultation with care and professionalism.
• Conduct patient assessments.
• Educate patients about chiropractic care and treatment options.

• Advocate for patients as they take steps toward improved health and well-being.
