About The Position

Connect Chiropractic is seeking a full-time New Patient Concierge - Case Manager for its clinic in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The role guides new patients through their chiropractic experience, from initial consultations through treatment discussions, and helps ensure a supportive, smooth clinic experience. Responsibilities include conducting insight assessments, explaining chiropractic care and treatment options, reviewing X-rays with patients, and discussing financial options with empathy and professionalism. The position pays $20–$25 per hour. The clinic describes itself as a fast-growing practice founded in 2020, providing neurologically based chiropractic care in the Greater Milwaukee area. It offers employee training and support, and describes the workplace as fun and fast-paced. The stated schedule is Monday, 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.–7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.–6:00 p.m.; and Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
Previous medical background.
Comfort discussing finances with others.
