About The Position

The New Home Sales Associate supports sales goals and delivers an exceptional homebuying experience through relationship-building, market knowledge, and sales strategy. The associate serves as the on-site salesperson for a model home and supports buyers throughout the purchasing and construction process.

Requirements

Active Florida real estate licenses are required.
At least 5 years of experience in real estate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
Experience in new home sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process.
Proactively seek new clients using creative and innovative lead-generation strategies.
Prepare and manage contract documentation, including home purchase agreements and construction contracts, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the homebuying and construction process and ensure customer expectations are met.
Stay informed about competitive offerings, community amenities, and market trends to effectively position Viera Builders homes.
Serve as the on-site salesperson for the model home, ensuring it is properly staffed, open on time, and well-maintained, along with all spec homes.
