About The Position

David Weekley Homes is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Associate to join its Minneapolis–St. Paul North Metro team. The role supports the home-buying experience by meeting sales goals, developing new business, guiding prospective customers through the sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, team members, and the Realtor community. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, along with comprehensive training and a team environment. The role requires working weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Requirements

• A Minnesota Real Estate License is required; the company will work with candidates to earn one upon employment if they do not already have it.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proven closing and negotiating skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to talk in pictures.
• Strong listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proven background in prospecting.
• Proactive follow-up with prospective customers.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies.
• High level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Acts with integrity.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prospect, market, and promote new business.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Maintain relationships with the Realtor community.

• Understand and communicate the loan process.
