About The Position

CBH Homes is seeking an energetic, people-focused New Home Sales Assistant to create a welcoming first impression for homebuyers and support the sales team. The role offers an opportunity to build a foundation for a longer-term sales career, with potential for advancement within the sales team. The position is on-site in Meridian, Idaho, and is offered full-time or part-time. The role is expected to move to CBH Homes’ new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho, in 2027.

Requirements

• Weekend availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• A proactive, can-do attitude.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
• A valid driver’s license for community drives.
• Outgoing, high-energy approach and enjoyment of engaging with people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with energy and professionalism.
• Provide basic information and direct guests to appropriate resources or sales team members.
• Help capture guest information for sales-team follow-up.
• Keep the On The Block area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and CRM updates.
• Participate in community drives and events.
• Ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience.
