About The Position

CBH Homes is hiring a customer-focused New Home Sales Assistant in Meridian, Idaho. The role serves as the first point of contact for homebuyers, creates a welcoming and professional experience, provides basic information, and directs guests to appropriate resources or sales team members. The assistant supports sales follow-up by capturing guest information, maintains an inviting and organized sales environment known as On The Block, assists with administrative work and CRM updates, and participates in community drives and events. This position offers an opportunity to grow into a sales career and advance within the sales team. The role is on-site and offers full-time or part-time employment. It requires weekend availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is expected to move to CBH Homes’ new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho, in 2027.
