Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably at a high-volume dealership.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recognize top performers.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture emphasizing accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events to drive traffic and sales.
Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed.
