About The Position

Wondercide is hiring a NetSuite & EDI Systems Analyst for a newly created role supporting the company’s growth. The position sits at the intersection of Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance and owns NetSuite reporting and data integrity, as well as day-to-day EDI operations through SPS Commerce. The analyst will manage trading partner connections, coordinate with SPS support, and help ensure orders flow accurately from customers to fulfillment. The role tracks issues and requests through resolution, communicates progress and blockers, and confirms outcomes with affected teams. The analyst builds and maintains NetSuite saved searches, custom reports, and SuiteAnalytics dashboards; supports configuration requests and testing; and governs key master data. They also coordinate EDI partner onboarding, monitor transactions and performance, troubleshoot EDI issues, and maintain documentation and user guides for recurring processes. The role is hybrid in Round Rock, Texas: fully in-office for the first 90 days, then in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
