About The Position

Kraken Kinetics is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Business Systems Analyst to partner with the NetSuite Administrator and share responsibility for the system’s implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement, including warehouse management (WMS) and transportation management (TMS). The role works with finance, supply chain, production, and shipping teams to translate business needs into processes and system configuration, test and roll out changes, build reporting, train users, and support the system as the company grows. This is an execution-focused role, not a requirements-only position. The position is on-site at the company’s West End, North Carolina area facility. It supports NetSuite processes spanning quote-to-cash, purchasing, inventory, work orders, assembly builds, fulfillment, and financials. The analyst also leads the business side of integrated warehouse and transportation management, including barcode scanning, bin locations, and lot and serial tracking. Kraken Kinetics designs and manufactures kinetic solutions for the United States Armed Forces and its allies. The company is based in Moore County, North Carolina, in the Pinehurst area, and is committed to supporting relocation for the right candidates.
