About The Position

Wondercide is hiring a NetSuite & EDI Systems Analyst to own systems supporting Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance as the company grows. This newly created role is the internal go-to resource for NetSuite reporting and data integrity and owns day-to-day EDI operations through SPS Commerce. The analyst will manage trading partner connections, coordinate with SPS support, and help ensure accurate order flow from customers through fulfillment. The role tracks issues and requests through resolution, communicates progress and blockers, and confirms outcomes with affected teams. The position builds and maintains NetSuite saved searches, custom reports, and SuiteAnalytics dashboards; oversees key master data; supports testing and validation of configuration changes; and coordinates EDI onboarding, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tracking. It also serves as a first line of response for system issues, collaborates with internal teams to support workflows, and creates documentation, user guides, and runbooks for recurring NetSuite and EDI processes. The role is hybrid and based in Round Rock, Texas. The first 90 days are fully in-office; afterward, the schedule is Tuesday through Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
