About The Position

Agri Beef is seeking a National Account Sales Representative for its corporate office in Boise, Idaho. This is an in-office role; hybrid and remote work are not available. The position focuses on growing sales and visibility for Agri Beef and its Snake River Farms, Double R Ranch, St. Helen’s, and Rancho El Oro brands. The representative will increase sales, profitability, and brand penetration in key markets through sales activities and relationship development, and educate and train distributor representatives about the company and its brands. Agri Beef operates across the ranch-to-table production process and serves customers in the U.S. and more than 30 countries.

Requirements

Expertise in building and developing long-lasting customer relationships.
A proven record of high motivation and working without immediate supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort using the phone.
High standard of integrity and a team-oriented approach.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel throughout the year.

Nice To Haves

Industry experience and knowledge; a background in beef sales is preferred.
A college degree is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Make sales and obtain customer contracts, confirming long- and short-term contracts to provide the best possible service levels.
Manage order entry, price negotiations, marketing programs and accruals, and contract decisions to achieve sales goals and market initiatives within budget.
Stay up to date on market conditions and customer changes.
Build effective customer relationships to earn respect and loyalty, and respond to customer needs and priorities.
Build rapport and trust through open and honest dealings with people at all levels of the organization.
Communicate effectively in individual and group settings, organize and present information, and deliver positive, high-impact presentations.
Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educate and train distributor representatives about Agri Beef and its brands.
