Full Time Nanny – Brighton, MA
About The Position
A family in Brighton, Massachusetts, is hiring a warm, reliable, and engaging full-time nanny to care primarily for an infant and occasionally support their 4-year-old child when the child is home from school. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with a start date in early December 2026. The home is smoke-free and has no pets. Compensation is $28.00–$35.00 per hour, with gas reimbursement or a stipend for job-related transportation. Candidates will undergo a background check and must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. This is a private, family-hired position; caregivers are hired directly by the family and are not employed by Wellthy. Requirements
- Proven experience in professional nanny roles with hands-on infant experience.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications, including Infant CPR.
- Ability to reliably commute.
- Ability to safely perform all physical duties related to infant and child care.

- Subject to a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for an infant, including bathing, dressing, and personal care routines.
- Plan meals, prepare food, and feed the children.
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities, including arts, crafts, and outings.
- Occasionally supervise and care for the 4-year-old child when the child is not in school.
- Perform light housekeeping related to childcare and do the children's laundry.
