Full time Infant Nanny – Cambridge, MA
About The Position
A warm family in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is seeking an attentive and engaging caregiver to provide high-quality care for their infant. The caregiver will create a safe, nurturing environment that supports early milestones, active play, and healthy daily routines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A trial run and onboarding are planned for the week of December 14, with a target start date of Monday, January 4. There are no pets in the home. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour. The family provides open kitchen access, covers admission for outings and activities, and offers paid sick days and PTO. Candidates are subject to a background check and must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. This is a private, family-hired position; caregivers are hired directly by the family and are not employed by Wellthy.
Requirements
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Prior infant caregiving experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the home.
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a background check.

- Early Childhood Education (ECE) background or a strong interest in early childhood development.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary infant care, including feedings, diaper changes, and nap routines.
- Guide structured playtime, reading, educational activities, and outdoor time to foster milestone development.
