About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations across multiple stores in the district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. The role involves traveling locally between stores, delegating tasks, working alongside Team Members, and ensuring customer service and operational standards are consistently met. It offers opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company. The position is an overnight shift, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The stated starting rate is $21.00 per hour. The role has set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Demonstrated experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining operational and customer service standards.
Inspire and mentor Team Members and help them develop skills to provide exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
