About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations across multiple stores in a district, creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere and helping stores meet operational and customer service standards. The role involves traveling locally between nearby stores as needed and offers opportunities for career advancement. The position has an evening shift, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Schedules are set, with every other weekend off and four-day work weeks. The starting rate of pay is $19.50 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks. Requirements

• Must be capable of multitasking.
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed if travel exceeds 30 miles one way.

Nice To Haves

• Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and help them develop skills to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
