About The Position
Ingles Markets is hiring associates to work in any one of its store departments. Available areas include cashier and front-end services, deli, bakery, produce, meat, Starbucks, pharmacy, and stocking and unloading. Responsibilities vary by department and may include providing customer service, serving food and beverages, supporting pharmacy operations, or keeping shelves stocked. On-the-job training is available for candidates who are new to this work, with team support as they develop their skills. Some positions may require applicants to be 17 or 18 years of age or older.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support customer satisfaction in cashier and front-end services.
- Serve customers and help ensure high-quality food is available in deli, bakery, produce, and meat departments.
- Serve Starbucks drinks, food, and merchandise to customers.
- Help create a quality pharmacy experience for customers.
- Stock shelves and unload merchandise.
