About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where customers can connect. You will lead each shift with craft and care, direct and coordinate employees’ work, and prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations. The role requires meeting store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. Flexible availability may be needed, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
At least six months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
