About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers an opportunity to brighten a customer’s day. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests. The role involves performing a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customization requests.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
