About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and a focus on customer hospitality. The role serves customers, prepares food and beverages to their specifications, mentors and coaches team members, helps ensure products are ordered and available, and maintains clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform their roles effectively.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
