About The Position
The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in the district by helping maintain operational and customer service standards, developing Team Members, and providing hands-on assistance. The position travels locally to nearby stores as needed and offers set schedules with four-day workweeks and every other weekend off. Shifts worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m., as well as all Saturday and Sunday hours, receive an additional $2.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
- Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed if travel exceeds 30 miles one way.
Nice To Haves
- Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
- Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop service skills, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
- Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
- Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
- Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
- Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
