About The Position
The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members through high-energy effort, a positive attitude, and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on providing customers with a welcoming, high-quality experience while helping the team prioritize tasks and maintain store operations. Supervisors serve food and beverages to customer specifications, oversee product availability and merchandising, and help keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $2.00 per hour is paid for shifts worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m. and for all Saturday and Sunday hours.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
- Serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a team.
- Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
