About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations across multiple stores in a district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere and ensuring store operations and customer service standards are consistently met. The role involves traveling locally to nearby stores as needed and working side by side with Team Members. The position offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. The starting rate is $20.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Must be capable of multitasking and performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel exceeding 30 miles one way.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members to develop skills for delivering exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
