About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations and customer service across multiple stores in a district, traveling locally to nearby locations as needed. The role helps create a positive, high-energy store atmosphere by coordinating and working alongside Team Members, maintaining company standards, and supporting store success. Set schedules, every other weekend off, and four-day work weeks are advertised. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop service skills, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
