About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success and creates a positive, high-energy atmosphere across multiple stores in a district. The role involves traveling locally to nearby stores, leading and mentoring Team Members, helping maintain smooth operations, and ensuring customer service, operational, safety, and compliance standards are met. The position offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Have proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Be willing to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed if the commute is over 30 miles one way.
Be capable of multitasking and performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop service skills, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
