About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple stores in a district, creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere and helping ensure operational and customer service standards are met. The role includes traveling locally to nearby stores as required and working alongside Team Members. It offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Must be capable of multitasking and performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
