About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in a district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. The role involves traveling locally between nearby stores as required and offers opportunities for career growth. The position features set schedules, every other weekend off, and four-day work weeks. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, support their skill development, and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
